Instagram Pregnacy Journey Photos

Since I found out we were expecting, I didn't really have time to update my blog regularly due to some technical problems and that I got myself busy feeling ill most of the time. lol..So my pregnancy journey isn't much detailed and regular in here than I would have wanted.
Anyway most of the Mummy's out there probably would agree that every pregnancy journey we have is a very precious experience for us, especially for the first time Mummy to be like me. Every first is amazing, first scan, first show of the bump, first kick, first move, first clothes we bought, first everything..we want it all remembered and cherished. So I would understand those Mummy to be like me if they have a photo of their bump inch by inch bigger, or if every little thing that is connected to their pregnancy they have photos of and is sharing it in the social network they're joining, don't be kill joy as it's just their or should I say OUR way of cherishing the moment, sorry if you think it's too much, for until you become one of us you wont know the wonderful feeling we all have!

My Bucket List Soon Coming Together

Less than 7 weeks now and I'll be finally seeing my little Munchkin! I am getting so excited and impatient now as it get closer and closer. Aside from a constant back pain and hard time moving about due to my heavy big bump, everything is going well. And what's good, my Bucket List to do are all under control! Little ones nursery is nearly ready, just a bit of finishing touches and then schedule the carpet fitting. I'm all excited for the final bit really, you know the furniture assembling, cot bed, putting the baby stuff together (big smile)!
I hope we could sort and settle things before June comes so I could just relax and wait for the Big Day to come. Oh, I still have to get my hospital bag and birth plan ready so have to do it sooner.

Is there any Mums out there who shares the same joy and busyness as mine? :) Feel free to drop your thoughtful thoughts as it would be really appreciated! Cheerio!

Looking Forward of Spring

I think winter is a bit too cheeky now, temperature is still too low and still snowing in April! Grasping to hang around even though daffodils and snow drops are already out. London GMT time has been adjusted an hour as well to make use of a bit longer daylight, so hey Winter you have no reason to hang around any much longer!!
I oh so long to feel the warmth of sunshine, have a walk somewhere on a sunny day,  wear comfortable summer dress, flipflops and sunnies..ohlala! I'm sick of radiator heat, let alone it's not as good as sunshine, it cost us a lot of money!hehe..My now big bump desperately needs sunshine! XOXO

Pregnancy and Beyond

Being pregnant is such a joy to every parents especially to the mothers who are carrying the little miracle in their tummy. The moment you saw those two lines in the pregnancy test, you know your life is about to change forever! 

Constant change, that's how it will be for the rest of 40 weeks. You have to be ready and be prepared for a roller coaster ride..I'm sure most mummy's and pregnant women like would agree to this.
My journey to pregnancy wasn't easy, I would say that the first 3 months was indeed a joyous yet breath taking roller coaster ride.
I found out I was pregnant last week of October following my birthday. We were so delighted and ecstatic knowing we were expecting. A birthday wish come true for my husband and I (both birthday in October).
I was at my happiest but something is tormenting me...What if it will happen again?I couldn't possibly bear it anymore! Following a miscarriage, being pregnant again couldn't be more distressing! I was so stressed BIG TIME!
I was worried all the time, every little unfamiliar change and deja-vu on the previous pregnancy tormented me. Morning sickness was just as bad as the previous, I was so fussy with food and so scared of moving about. Because of my previous MC my GP signed me off from work for a month for observation. I was a bit relieved as I could rest well while the baby is developing out of the danger zone as they say. Not a day goes by that I am worry free, everyday I have to tell myself to be strong. I talked to my baby everyday to keep fighting, be healthy and be strong for me. And above all what made me survived is my FAITH, that my GOD is a good GOD, he is with me all the time and He will grant the desire of my heart. Provided me with a loving family, such a great husband who is with me all the way and said he wanted to take this journey with me no matter what.
And so here I am a thriving 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Not so long to wait now. More that half way through 40 weeks :). I passed the tricky 1st trimester, morning sickness gone, sensitive smell gone, being giddy, and most all I am worry less. I had my 12week scan which came out good, saw my baby for the first time and saw heart beating was superb feeling. Here are some photos of the 1st scan

 All test result normal and baby growing well and healthy. Last week we had our anomaly scan where they check the baby's organ and happy to say that our little one's perfectly alright and all organs normal and healthy. It was such a great experience the 20 weeks scan as you could see your baby moving around. hehe...Our little one was very fidgety, lots of movement and actually while I'm blogging now, my little one is very fidgety, I think it's lunch time Mama, enough blogging for now.. :D Happy Mama Happy Baby! Cheerio!

Good to be Back with Great News!

Great to be back in blogging :), it's been a while yes..My last update was September of last year,whew! Life was so overwhelming that everything happened so quickly for the last 5 months so far. And apart from that there was a serious (I think) technical problem with my blog but there you go, I was able to fix it! Thank God!
Anyway since it's been a long time I haven't catch up with you guys, let me tell you my October 2012 update with a great good news! :D

October

My/Our October didn't start promising, we received a bad news the day before my husband's birthday. Grandma (FIL's mum) who was very poorly passed away in the hospital. It was a very sad news but we all knew grandma would be happier with grandpa :)
Hunny celebrated his birthday the next day in a simple, sporty way..playing golf! And as it was his birthday he was incharge for the day (for a change..hehe). Although the weather was too windy for my liking, I agreed to play 18-hole golf with the birthday boy! It's his day so he has to enjoy it, and I think he did. Later in the evening I mae him a special dinner and as he requested I made "thai chicken". We had a great time together and enjoyed our simple dinner.
Weeks went very quickly and hey it's my turn to be spoilt..my 25th birthday came. And as I turned silver, I decided to have a party and invited friends over for lunch.It was a blast and I really had a great time! :)
And a week after guess what?We had a delightful surprise...We found out we were 5 weeks pregnant!Hooray! Such a wonderful birthday present from God for both of us.
